Hinkle, Hensley, Shanor & Martin, L.L.P. has been providing services to  Roswell and southern New Mexico for more than 120 years. The firm's long history has always included the Roswell office, which has served businesses and individuals since New Mexico was a territory. Lawyers in the Roswell office were instrumental in the drafting and the passage of New Mexico's early natural resources legislation, and this remains an area of concentration. The Roswell office maintains a broad practice in many areas of law with an emphasis on natural resources,  litigation, and  commercial law.   The Roswell office remains the headquarters for the Hinkle law firm, and remains the largest of the 3 office locations.

The Hinkle Law firm expanded its presence in the southwest in 2011 by opening a satellite office in Artesia, New Mexico.   The Artesia office provides a broad spectrum of legal services to our Artesia based clients with support and staffing from the Roswell office.
